Our mission
Never miss a single opportunity
Every week, hundreds of tenders are published on the SEAO — Québec's electronic tendering system. These contracts represent billions of dollars in opportunities for Québec businesses.
The problem: manually monitoring these publications is tedious, time-consuming and error-prone. Adjulo automates this monitoring so you can focus on what matters — preparing a winning bid.
How it works
From publication to your system, in real time
Automatic ingestion
Adjulo downloads and indexes new SEAO publications every week as soon as they are released, with no human intervention.
API access
All data — tenders, suppliers, contracts, sector statistics — is accessible via a clean, documented REST API.
Webhook alerts
Configure your criteria (sector, region, minimum value) and receive an HTTP notification in your Slack, CRM, or internal system within seconds.
Why Adjulo

The team
Founded by someone who lived the problem
Adjulo was founded by Joey Scavone, developer and entrepreneur based in Québec City. After noticing the lack of a programmatic access tool for SEAO data, he decided to build one.
The idea is simple: Québec public procurement data is open and rich — it deserves to be easily accessible, without having to manually log into a web interface every week.
